1. What is frenclub sms?

Frenclub sms is a mobile chat service using sms. You can join the mobile chat service by sending GO to 2939(Sun) or 2936(Globe) or 9898(Smart), and follow few simple sms instructions to complete your user profile. Once you have finished your user profiling, you can search and chat with new friends, join a chat room, etc. using just your handphone, no computer is required.

2. How much do you charge?

There is no subscription fee to join frenclub mobile chat service.  You will only need to pay P0.50(Sun) or P2.50 (Smart and Globe) for every mobile terminated sms.

3. How can I find new friends?

There are 2 ways to look for new friends. 1. use “seek new friend” function to search for new friends.  2. use “cupid match” to allow the system to introduce new friends to you.

4. What is buddy list?

It is a list of your good friends. As long as you add your friend to the buddy list, you can see whether they are online.

5. Who can use this service?

Anyone who has a mobile phone and can send normal text messages via Sun/Globe/Smart network.
 

6. Do I have to sign-in each time I want to use frenclub sms?

No. Once you completed your user profiling, you can send or receive messages anytime.  You can choose to sign-off temporarily from Frenclub by sending Q to 2939(Sun) or 2936(Globe) or 9898(Smart). You can send any message to 2939(Sun) or 2936(Globe) or 9898(Smart) to go online again.

7. What happen if I turn off my phone?

You will remain logged into the system. Messages received will be stored by your Mobile Operator and forwarded to you when you turn on your phone.

8. Can I make/receive calls while using frenclub sms?

Yes! Frenclub sms does not block customers from making/receiving calls at the same time.

9. How long can my frenclub messages be?

Messages can be up to 136 roman characters.

10. What is minimum age to join this service?

Minimum Age 18 and above, Minor under 18 will need parental approval.

11. How to terminate the service?

Send ALL OFF to 2939(Sun) or 2936(Globe) or 9898(Smart) to stop Frenclub sms service. 

12. What will happen if i go online and didn't do any thing?

You will always stay online until you sent Q to go offline.

13.Is it safe to use Frenclub?

Find friends safely on through mobile phone and "ANONYMOUSLY" to others-without showing your personal details.
