Terms and Conditions - SKRIP 7707 SMS Quiz (Part I and Part II)

1. The SKRIP 7707 SMS Quiz ("Quiz") is opened exclusively all Frenclub members and of Frenclub Mobile Sdn Bhd ("Frenclub") who are ("Participants"): a)a resident of Malaysia;
   b)aged 18 and above (parental consent or approval from legal guardian is required for participant(s) below the age of 18 years old);
   c)active mobile phone subscriber with any of the local mobile operator(s);
   

2. Employees of Frenclub and/or PrimeWorks Studios Sdn. Bhd ("Primeworks"), agencies (including advertising, media, event management and any vendors/suppliers related to the Quiz), subsidiaries, affiliates, and all their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in this Quiz.

3. This Quiz ("Quiz Period") is valid from:
   a)15 June 2009 - 26 June 2008 for Part I (both dates inclusive); and
   b)16 July 2009 - 30 July 2009 for Part II (both dates inclusive)
   Frenclub reserves the right to extend and/or shorten the Quiz duration provided if the company deems fit. However, any changes related to the Quiz made will be clearly published in www.frenclub.com .Entries received after the stipulated time will be ineligible for the prize.

4. The Participants shall be permitted to participate in the Quiz via the use of their mobile phones. To enter the Quiz, the Participant must request for questions by keying in SKRIP and sending it to 22919 or 32919. The Participant can send in as many Quiz entries as they wish. For Part I and/or Part II, the Participant will have to answer a set of questions which consist of a total of 3 questions.

5. The Participant must ensure that their Quiz entries are complete and accurate. Incomplete, illegible or late entries shall be disqualified. Frenclub reserves the right to reject any registration and/or entry at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.

6. Each SMS sent by the Participant will be subject to a premium charge of RM0.50. This charge is in addition to the standard SMS fee charged by the mobile phone operator.

7. Proof of SMS sent by a Participant does not denote proof that the SMS was received by Frenclub.

8. Quiz winner(s) will be chosen based on the mobile number which scores the correct answers in the fastest time within a set of questions.
   
   a)For Quiz (Part I) - First FIFTY (50) Participants will be selected, to win TWO (2) complimentary passes to attend SKRIP 7707 movie preview at Cathay cinema, Cineleisure Damansara on Tuesday, 7th July 2009.
   b)For Quiz (Part II) - First TWENTY (20) Participants will be selected, to win special limited edition of Frenclub merchandise with SKRIP 7707 celebrities¡¯ autograph.

   
   

9. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. All prizes are used/taken entirely at the risk of the winner at all times, and Frenclub excludes all warranties in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law. Winners are responsible for any taxes, fees or charges payable in respect of any prizes awarded to them (if any).

10. Quiz winners will be contacted and to be notified via Frenclub SMS to his/ her mobile phone for which the contact number shall be the number used by the Participant for submission of the answers. Results once announced are final. Disputes or appeals will not be entertained. Full list of winners will be posted on www.frenclub.com for reference.
    

11. 2.Frenclub SMS notification sent to the winner will stand as the proof of winning and to be presented for prize(s) redemption at Frenclub premise.
    

12. A tie-break will take place in the event when there are more than ONE (1) Participant have the same duration of time spent into answering all the questions received during the stipulated Quiz period. The ultimate winner(s) for the Quiz in case of tie-break will be determined base on the highest chat usage spent during the entire Quiz period.
    

13. Acceptance of the prize/gift constitutes permission to Frenclub and PrimeWorks, and its agencies to use the winner¡¯s name, photograph and/or preference for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation and notice, unless prohibited by law.
    

14. Frenclub & PrimeWorks reserves the right to substitute or replace any of the prizes with another of similar value at any time, if the stated prizes are not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without notice and all prizes are non-transferable or non-redeemable for cash.
    

15. By participating in the Quiz, each participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any dispute arising from any of the Quiz, the decision of Frenclub shall be final and binding. Further queries or appeals shall not be entertained.
    

16. By entering the Quiz, the participant agrees to be bound by these terms & conditions. In addition to these Terms & Conditions, the rules, regulations and methods of participation of the Quiz, which are set out on www.frenclub.com, shall bind all participants in the Quiz. . Notwithstanding the foregoing, Frenclub has the right to amend any part of these terms & conditions contained herein and, or, withdraw the Quiz at any stage without any liability towards anyone. Failure to comply with the said Terms & Conditions, rules, regulations, instructions and methods will result in the participant being disqualified or any prize awarded to be revoked.
    

17. Frenclub & PrimeWorks shall not be liable to the participant or any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any participant or subscriber as a result of participation or non-participation in the Quiz or as a result of any act or omission on the part of Frenclub. Participants undertake to keep Frenclub harmless and indemnified against any losses, damages, claims, costs and expenses which may be incurred or suffered by Frenclub due to breach of any of these terms & conditions by the participant(s) and or arising from the participation of the participant in the Quiz.
