Terms of Usage

This Program is effective from 1^st June 2008 onwards. Any changes related to the Program made will be clearly published in www.frenclub.com. Frenclub employees, agencies (including advertising, media, event management and any vendors/suppliers related to the Program), subsidiaries, affiliates, and all their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in this Program.

 An eligible member can join this Program by sending relationship related question(s) to be answered by Dr. Love, by typing DRLOVE<space><relationship question> and send to 32919 (DiGi) or 22919 (Maxis and Celcom). Each question submitted must not exceed 160 characters (the word DRLOVE inclusive).

Each question submitted to Dr.love will subject to a  premium charge of RM1.00. This charge is in addition to the standard SMS fee charged by the mobile phone operator.For service charge information, please visit Frenclub pricing page at www.frenclub.com. Frenclub will not be  responsible for any technical error(s) for the submission of SMS to be answered by Dr.Love.

 Question(s) submitted by registered members will be processed and duly answered by Dr. Love respectively. Frenclub reserves the right to edit message content sent by any member under Dr. Love section should the company deems fit to publish. Frenclub reserves the  absolute right to filter and/or select the most appropriate message content to be published. There is no guaranteed publication for all the question(s) sent by the member(s).

Through the Program participation, the member agrees to be bound by these terms & conditions. In addition to these Terms & Conditions, the rules, regulations and methods of participation of the Program, which are set out on www.frenclub.com, shall bind all members involved in the Program. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Frenclub has the right to amend any part of these terms & conditions contained herein and, or, withdraw the Program at any stage without any liability towards anyone.

 Frenclub shall not be liable to the member or any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any member or subscriber as a result of participation or non-participation in the Program or as a result of any act or omission on the part of Frenclub. Registered member(s) undertake to keep Frenclub harmless and indemnified against any losses, damages, claims, costs and expenses which may be incurred or suffered by FRENCLUB due to breach of any of these terms & conditions by the participant(s) and or arising from the participation of the participant in the Program.
